1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.

• The balance amount must be cleared before the start of the journey.

• Prices may vary depending on seasonal demand, availability, and fuel charges.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days before the trip will be eligible for a partial refund (excluding booking charges).

• Cancellations within 48 hours of the journey are non-refundable.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Responsibilities of Travelers

• Passengers must carry valid identification documents during travel.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle or property by the traveler will be chargeable.

• Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings; Etah Tour and Travel is not liable for loss or theft.

4. Travel Itinerary

• The itinerary is subject to change due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Etah Tour and Travel reserves the right to alter routes or timings for passenger safety and convenience.

5. Liability

• We are not responsible for delays due to natural calamities, strikes, accidents, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Our liability is limited only to the amount paid for the booking.

6. Safety & Conduct

• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

• Misbehavior with drivers, staff, or other passengers will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

7. Jurisdiction

• All disputes are subject to Gujarat yatra Travels & Holiday jurisdiction only.
